Если такого вебсайта нет, находим почту financial aid office

1. Пишем в поисковик “University Name financial aid office email”
2. Отправляем следующее письмо им на имейл

My name is XXX. I'm writing this email to request a CSS Profile fee waiver. I come from a low-income family in Kazakhstan (joint parental income of <$20,000 per year). I'm in need of a comprehensive financial aid package given my family's background. I've already been granted Common App fee waivers after providing evidence of my financial need (letter from the school counselor and a bank letter). I'd greatly appreciate it if you supported me in my dream of applying to your university. As an international student, I'm ineligible for SAT fee waivers.

I'm also working to cover my TOEFL and IB/AP exam fees out of pocket. Receiving a CSS Profile fee waiver would greatly alleviate the financial strain associated with the college application process. I'm happy to provide any evidentiary documents if needed.
